We live in an era of experiences and users’ expectations of these experiences are getting more complex in nature as information and technology continues to evolve. This 2-day workshop which is a collaboration between The Curious People Solutions and Bosch South East Asia, focuses on understanding user experiences by uncovering their unfulfilled needs and turning them into design opportunities.
The workshop assists in unlearning the habit of working on products/services based on personal assumptions of the ones in charge. It facilitates the co-creation amongst multi-disciplinary employees through empathizing with the users and ideating to deal with their needs.
